Therefore, in the event that you need to make a return or exchange for a compelling reason, we kindly request that you carefully follow the instructions provided below.

The most common cause for return and exchange requests is related to sizing issues. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Please note that we cannot accept returns or withdrawals for customized or personalized items under any circumstances, regardless of your location.
You can contact us to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, with all labels and tags attached.
Please email us at info@visibleartshop.com to receive a return authorization before shipping your item back. Upon request and where available, we can provide a DHL return label, the cost of which will be paid by the customer (deducted from your final refund).

Shipping, Fees & Responsibilities (Applies Globally)
- Item Condition: Items should be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., trying them on).
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, as well as the shipping of your new item in case you wish to make an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Taxes & Customs: Duty fees, taxes, and customs charges for shipments declared with high value are the customer's sole responsibility when they apply.
- Tracking & Insurance: If you are shipping an item over $75 and are not using a label provided by us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Liability: We cannot take responsibility for held, lost, or damaged packages returned with services other than the pick-up/label we provide.
