How fast will my order be processed and shipped?
All orders placed after Nov 28th will be delivered in January. Happy Holidays!
Standard processing time and shipping: It takes us 10 to 12 business days to process and ship your order. Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days worldwide. You may upgrade to Express shipping and receive your order for 2 to 5 days after it has been shipped.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our atelier in Sofia, Bulgaria (European Union).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please be advised that some countries charge additional customs and duties, and customers are responsible for any such charges.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in the confirmation email that your order has been shipped.
How to return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 3 days upon receiving it at firstname.lastname@example.org so we authorize your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund.
How to exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange sizes or exchange your product for a new one of the same value, please contact us at email@example.com with your request. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected we will send the new item.
