Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

PROCESSING TIME Please allow 10-12 business days to process and craft your order before it is shipped.

SHIPPING TIME & METHODS Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using your chosen method:

USA & Canada:

You can choose to have your order delivered to the address you prefer. The available shipping methods are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Free of charge
• Express Shipping (2-5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on order dimensions.

Rest of the World:

• Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): Calculated at checkout depending on destination and order dimensions
• Express Shipping (2-5 business days): Calculated at checkout depending on destination and order dimensions

Important Information:

• Standard and Express orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be handled starting from the following Monday morning.

• Once the order is placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.

• When your order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and instructions to track its status.
