As advocates of the slow-fashion movement, every piece in our shop is made to order by our in-house tailoring team. We sincerely encourage our customers to be mindful and deliberate in their purchases, actively contributing to our sustainable mission of minimizing our environmental impact through zero stock and reduced material waste. Therefore, in the event that you need to make a return or exchange for a compelling reason, we kindly request that you carefully follow the instructions provided below.
Prior to placing your order
The most common cause for return and exchange requests is related to sizing issues. To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, we highly recommend carefully reviewing our sizing guide before selecting your size. If you have any doubts or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com. Our team is here to provide you with personalized assistance and guidance. Additionally, if our standard sizes do not accommodate your body shape, we also offer customization services to ensure the perfect fit for you.
Please make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return so we authorize it.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. After that, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized items.
How to return your item
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, as well as the shipping of your new item in case you wish to make an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Duty fees and taxes are covered by the customer when they apply.
- Shipments declared with high value are subject to customs charges that are customer's responsibility.
- We cannot take responsibility for held, lost or damaged packages returned with services other than the pick-up we provide.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You may cancel your order before it is ready for delivery, by call or email up to 24 hours after making a payment. We will return all payments related to the order without undue delay.
